World Vision, makes a generous donation of school furniture to the Ministry of Education. The main objective of this donation is to strengthen the infrastructure of public schools in the country and ultimately contribute to the educational development of students.
The symbolic act of delivery took place in the municipality of Yuscarán and was attended by prominent representatives of both organizations. The Secretary of Education received this donation, which includes desks, chairs, tables, filing cabinets, desks for teachers and other essential school furniture that will be distributed to schools throughout the country.
This furniture donation is valued at L.7,758,287, a significant step towards the improvement of study conditions in public schools in Honduras and a sign of World Vision's ongoing commitment to the welfare and education of Honduran children.
Karen Ramos, Country Director of World Vision Honduras, expressed her enthusiasm about this collaboration: "We are committed to supporting education in Honduras, knowing that adequate school infrastructure is fundamental to children's learning.
